Jonny partners with founders building AI-native applications and the infrastructure that powers them. He focuses on how AI is being applied across enterprise, healthcare, fintech, and developer experiences, with a particular passion for helping founders navigate the earliest stages of building.
Before Cowboy, Jonny was at Company Ventures, where he led the firm's Grand Central Tech residency and invested in pre-seed and seed companies, including Prosper, Noetica, Rogo, and Tabs.
Prior, he was investing in growth-stage consumer and media companies at The Chernin Group, where he partnered with Equip, Oura, Everlywell, and Chinatown Market.
Jonny holds a BA in Mathematical Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. When he’s not you’ll find him on his bike, planning tennis, or trying SF’s newest restaurant.
What's one thing people are often surprised to learn about you?
I used to figure skate.
What are you happiest doing when you're not working?
Finding and trying new restaurants or cocktail bars, playing tennis, going on a long bike ride, and hanging out with friends.
