Rohan partners with technical founders building at the foundational layers of enterprise technology. He focuses on cybersecurity and AI/ML infrastructure, with a particular passion for helping teams figure out GTM.
In addition to his role as an investor, Rohan is also Chief of Staff at Cowboy, wearing many hats to keep the ranch thriving from community building events to day-to-day operations.
Prior to Cowboy, he worked at Insight Partners, where he partnered with early-stage founders, CROs, and COOs to build scalable GTM from strategies and authored thought pieces such as the Sales Periodic Table.
Rohan grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from the University of Southern California. When he's not meeting with founders or the Cowboy community, you'll find him running marathons, scuba diving, and unreliably predicting the next 49ers Super Bowl win (this is our year!).
What is your favorite book?
Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro. It explores the themes of identity, purpose, and how we spend our limited time in life. The book made me rethink how I prioritize my time, both in my personal life and professional life, to focus on what really matters.
What’s one thing people are often surprised to learn about you?
My family and I love trivia! I used to watch Jeopardy! every night from ages 5-18, with my brother, parents, and grandparents. I’ll always have a dream to one day compete on the show.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Spending time with family and friends, going for a run or playing basketball, watching Bay Area sports, reading fiction, and or trying to pick up a new hobby!
